She received her B.A. from UC Berkeley, her Teaching Credential from San Francisco State University and her Coaching Credential from the Accredited Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA.     Creating a series of 1/2 day work shops for principals on how to become more effective communicators. The two essential questions for the participants will be, "What is my communication style?" and "How does my communication style impact my effectiveness as a leader?"
